Hi Jim,This problem is because of that your PC is going to be updated automatically.By the way Your PC will not be restarted or shutdown,so just keep your PC on for about 1 -2 day(s). My PC was just like yours,but When I messed up and wanted to install Windows8.1 once more,I restarted the computer once to do so,but I found out that My PC has been updated and the Updates are going to be installed,When they've been installed,Everything workout and the Windows 10 has been loaded nicely.I really like this kind of Window.Sorry I'm Iranian,If my English was weak,excuse me.
